The Italian affiliate of Novo Nordisk is hiring a Key Account Manager Rare Endocrine Disorders.
You will have the opportunity to be responsible for Veneto, Triveneto and Emilia Romagna regions and work in a dynamic environment!
**The Position
The KAM is responsible for achieving results by executing the marketing & sales strategy in theassigned area.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Delivery of business and sales targets within a defined geographical territory
- Support the Business Unit strategy and target achievement by delivering profitable sales revenues
- Understand and manage the market dynamics and the differences between the regions within the assigned area.
- Setup and execution of territory plan in timely manner
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers
- Liaising with colleagues including Sales, Marketing, Market Access and CMR to maximise the sales of NN products
- Providing market and competitor assessment and feedback based on the own personal perception
- Support the process of forecasting sales targets throughout the financial calendar year.
- Work according local law, NN Way and NN policies, quality standards & guidelines
- Develop business relationship with and between all external customers listed (Networking
- Providing customers with information on our products, devices and indications and ensure consistent follow up
- Participating and contributing effectively to regional meetings, national conferences and other NN meetings
**Qualifications
- Academic degree in life science (preferably Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Medicine, CTF)
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical industry of at least 3 years is highly desired

- Fluent in Italian, preferable also in English

**About the Department
You will work in alliance with the National Sales Manager and in collaboration with Medical Advisor and Market Access to shape the existing market, capture new business opportunities and maximise Norditropin® and NovoSeven® AH patient share.
You will report directly to the National Sales Manager Rare Endocrine Disorders and you will be part of a team that always strives for excellence!
