Key Account Manager Retail - Cosmetic Industry
Azienda Our Client is a Global Beauty Company.
Offerta Key Accountabilities: Drive new opportunities, developing and maintaining an exceptional relationship with our retail/digital partner. Act as a beauty and commercial expert who will implement the plan from vision to execution and have strong selling and negotiation skills to win in this channel. Overseeing sales and managing relationships with our retail/digital partner to build profitable sales growth, working across multiple categories. Working closely with supply chain and creating operational practices to maximize efficiency and cost control. Manage all aspects of developing the retail partnership business. Agree and negotiate listings, any additional distribution/space for Company products and its categories as appropriate. Negotiate cost price changes with the customer as appropriate. Work closely with Marketing and the retailer to manage a Trade Investment plan to drive sales whilst maximizing profitability. Review Company Reports to build an understanding of customer objectives and direction. Plan, develop, agree, and implement an annual Business Plan with the specified customer, activating contingency plans when necessary. Competenze ed esperienza Experience and Competencies required: +5/7 years of FMCG experience in retail/digital and at Account manager level gained preferably in a branded beauty business. Solid experience in working with beauty retailers. Fluent in written and spoken English. Communicates effectively & delivers impactful presentations. Shows a strong sense of individual accountability and able to work with autonomy. Is a change champion and pioneers new ideas and approaches. Committed to delivering results and goes after the stretch target. Has a flexible approach and adapts to challenges and changing priorities as needed.
