As part of the Business Development Team, you will lead the whole business development journey of UVE solutions for the Italian market. Existing customer business developmentWork with customer Operations Team PM and Director to define the yearly plan of each customer. Align with Operations Team and ensure the objectives in the yearly plan are being completed on time and in full. Ensure smooth communication with the client through informal touchpoints and routines implementation. Identify upselling opportunities and drive commercial process accordingly. Manage the budget define the economic proposals for each customer. New customers business developmentIdentify new potential business opportunities both with manufacturers and distributors. Drive the whole commercial process (Intro, demo, prepare offer, lead negotiation, manage relationship, close deal, etc.
). Accompany the Project Managers in initial phases of the project (brief, kick-off, support, ensure focus and alignment). Market know-howEnsure continuous information gathering about FMCG and distribution landscape in key markets. Keep tools (Country profile guide, distributors manufacturers databases…) up to date and continuously improved. Network with key industry stakeholders and represent UVE in relevant events. Marketing and communicationWork hand in hand with the Marketing department to define ensure the MK Communication strategy is adjusted to each market's needs. Our profileAt least 3 years of experience related to the FMCG sector, preferably in Software or SAAS companies. Knowledge of the FMCG sector. Fluent in Italian English is a must. Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time. Teamwork. Customer oriented. Communication skills. Autonomy, proactive attitude, initiative and anticipation. High level of commitment and responsibility.
