You will contribute to the commercial plan by identifying and leveraging partnership opportunities in the market, building and maintaining a relevant network of distribution partners (e. g.
rental and security firms).
You will work closely with our marketing team and support marketing activities, such as giving company presentations and attending trade fairs.
You'll collaborate with the Managing Director Italy to drive commercial growth and with other members of the Operations Team to attend to customer queries.
Your role is key to delivering our brand promise of outstanding customer satisfaction and service. What are your responsibilities? Directly responsible for driving sales growth by building sales partnerships. Give company presentations, engage in new business development activities and attend trade fairs. Develop and nurture new and existing customers by building and maintaining your own relationship network and responding to partners' and customers' needs. Advise the Managing Director, Product Management, and Group Management on opportunities and threats in the market and possible adjustments of the commercial strategy. Support Direct Sales Team in the acquisition of new customers. What do we expect from you? Sales experience: 3-5 years of relevant work experience. Experience or interest in visiting construction sites. Previous experience or relationships in the construction, renewables, or security industry. Willingness to travel in your assigned geographical area and periodically to the HQ in Milan. Technology skills: Good knowledge of MS Office programs; preferably experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce. Advanced (conversational) English skills for internal communication.
