Key Account Manager Slovenia
MittelCo is expanding its team and opening a new opportunity for experienced managers in the FMCG sector.
We are looking for a Key Account Manager for Slovenia to join our Sales Department at our headquarters in Italy, near the Slovenian border.
The Opportunity
As a Key Account Manager , you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by developing strong relationships with key customers in the Slovenian market.
Your focus will be on understanding their needs, delivering tailored solutions, and ensuring alignment with MittelCo's strategic goals.
The Challenge Develop and implement annual customer plans to drive sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Accounts to increase business opportunities.
Negotiate promotional plans and optimize local assortments within the allocated budget.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Conduct regular business reviews and performance analysis reports.
Negotiate pricing and other terms with customers to maximize revenue and profit.
Your Team
You will report directly to the Commercial Director and work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on strategic goals, sales initiatives, and performance metrics.
Your Profile Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Fluency in Slovenian and English; Italian is preferred.
