Core products include chocolate, chocolate decorations, creams, pastry mixes, gelato ingredients, and other bakery / pastry ingredients.

Thanks to the recent acquisitions of important players in the belonging market, IRCA is becoming a global leader in the semi-finished ingredients industry, with 22 manufacturing facilities in Europe, US and Vietnam and a combined €1 billion of revenues.
Purpose of the position: Responsible for the management of direct and indirect sales for a specific group of customers in the assigned channel, the KAM has the task of ensuring the achievement of company objectives in terms of turnover and gross margin, as well as guaranteeing the necessary technical/commercial proximity to customers, seeking new commercial opportunities, in coordination with the manager from whom he receives company directives.
Description of main Activities /responsibilities: Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics Education: Bachelor or Master Degree in Food Science and Technology (or similar) Professional Skills: Excellent communication skills Capability to score new business Ability to analyze numbers Forecasting techniques Ability of plan and achieve objectives Products: general knowledge of the confectionary/bakery/Pastry/ice-cream's products, with preferable focus on chocolate and creams Experience: 3+ years of experience in the specific role, preferably in B2B companies Language Skills: English as a plus Computer Skills: MS Office Behavioural requirements: Focused on results Ability to understand customer needs Problem solving Negotiation High energy and positive attitude Proactive Sense of urgency Entrepreneurship Others: Knowledge of the territory of competence and leading customers Available to travel for 50% of the time Preferable experience in structured professional reality #J-18808-Ljbffr
