**Job Description**:

- You will ensure that we are reaching the key milestones of our Italian internationalization strategy

- You control the capacity and utilization of our trade partners in the short and long term

- You understand rules, registration processes and energy law in the field of network operators

- You acquire new trade partners and help existing partners to build up their teams.

- You solve problems for your teams and work closely together with other departments (e. g.

quality management or logistics)

- You ensure compliance with our construction standards

**Qualifications**:

- You have at least 2 years of work experience in highly demanding and fast-paced environments (e. g. , consulting, investment banking, fast-growing start-up, VC)

- You are strong in communication with colleagues and partners

- You are fluent in Italian and English/German

- You have ideally completed an apprenticeship or a degree in the technical field
