Key Account Program - Solution Design
For our Milan Headquarters, we are looking for a Key Account Program - Solution Design, to join the Key Account Management Team and further strengthen our Sales organization.
You will add value to the service we offer to our customers and gain exposure to managing a portfolio of Key Accounts to ensure business growth and retention through continuous improvement opportunities.
Your Role**:In this role, you work as a team with Key Account Managers (KAM) for the assigned key accounts, in order to develop and implement complex solutions and cross-sell our entire product range.
You are the link between customer requirements and our operational business units (air, sea and road logistics).
Your ultimate goal is to develop true partnerships with these customers, based on value adding solutions that go beyond the provision of traditional forwarding and logistics.
Your Responsibilities**:
- Identify improvement areas and develop complex solutions for assigned key accounts
- Manage and coordinate complex quotation processes (RFQ) and business implementation
- Prepare, monitor and analyse volume and KPI reports for defined Key Accounts
- Collaborate with key account managers to explore new business opportunities and maintain existing business
- Support Key Account Managers in conducting regular business reviews (QBR) with customers
- Support customer retention through pro-active relationship management
**Your Skills and Experiences**:
- 2/3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in fast-paced logistics/supply chain/consulting environment
- Very good use of MS Office, mainly Excel and Power Point
- Strong analytical skills, insight generation and strategic vision
- Problem solving and orientation to work by objectives
- Strong result orientation;
- Interpersonal and communication skills;
