Key Accounts - Hospital Sales Partner (X/F/M)
We are looking for a bold and ambitious personality to become the next Key Accounts Sales Representative of the Sales Key Accounts team.
In this key role, you will work closely with the Senior Account Development Director and all Senior Account Managers to support the development and growth of Doctolib Hospital with all CHs, CHUs and ESPICs in Italy (metropolitan and DOM-TOM) and optimize all contracting processes.
This key role provides visibility to many Doctolib teams, allowing for many medium-term evolution opportunities.
**What will be your missions?
1) Embody the humanist values of Doctolib and promote the Doctolib Hospital solution in Italy
- Management of incoming leads
- Prospecting with strategic contacts, and making qualified appointments for the team's Development Managers
- Preparation of meeting materials in direct collaboration with Development Managers
- Drafting of responses to invitations to tender: summary of specifications, technical brief
- Support of the marketing plan dedicated to Key Accounts institutions, in conjunction with the Marketing and Sales Excellence team
2) Facilitating the procedures essential to any project: the contractualisation of institutions
- Sole manager at the central purchasing offices (UGAP, Resah, UniHA - see below for more details) to ensure the proper referencing of Doctolib Hospital, the various stages of the contractual process, receipt of documents required for closings/contract renewals
- Preferred contact with the Doctolib Legal and Billing teams to validate the contract templates and the receipt of the necessary documents for the closing and early project
- Continuous improvement of "closing excellence" and training of Key Accounts teams to maximize team results
3) Ensure the financial results of the Key Accounts team
- Collection of Acceptance minutes in connection with the Deployment Consultants team
4) Work closely with key account experts in each area and ensure good collaboration
- Cross-functional mission to have a 360 vision of all the businesses involved in setting up a Key Accounts project: development & marketing, sales excellence, legal & billing, deployment, interoperability, performance monitoring

- You have completed business studies and may have commercial experience

- You are versatile, able to manage multi-projects and demonstrate organization and structure
