Tenuta Adamo Winery, is seeking a motivated Kitchen Manager to join our team.

As the Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations and ensuring the smooth functionality in a fast paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare meat and cheese boards with quality cuts and nice presentation

- Manage dishwashing duties, ensuring cleanliness and efficiency in maintaining a well-organized and sanitary kitchen.

- Make sure water, oil, and bread, is prepared for the day and are readily available for guests at all times

- Responsible for the opening and closing procedures of the kitchen, ensuring a smooth transition between shifts and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

- Collaborate with the management team to create and maintain inventory systems, including ordering food deliveries and/or pickups to ensure an adequate supply

- Lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff members, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a high level of performance and productivity.

- Monitor food quality and consistency, ensuring adherence to recipes and presentation standards.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen area, maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and proper storage of food products.

- Implement effective cost control measures to optimize kitchen operations and minimize waste.

- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless flow of service, providing assistance and support during peak business hours.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent/mother tongue English

- Previous kitchen work is a plus

- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a proven track record of leading and inspiring a team.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure gracefully.

- Flexibility to work long hours, weekends, and holidays as required
