Adecco is looking for a talented candidate to join a global leader company in the tyre industry as Knowledge Process And Systems Management Intern.

You will join the Open Innovation & Knowledge Management Team within R&D Innovation function and play a key role in revolutionizing how knowledge is managed and shared through innovative digital solutions.

From day one, you will be actively involved in analyzing R&D processes, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, and introducing advanced collaboration tools and technologies.

Working closely with cross-functional teams and global IT collaborators, you will align digital platforms and methodologies to meet evolving functional requirements.

Guided by experienced mentors, you will contribute to dynamic and impactful projects that enhance communication, foster knowledge sharing, and drive innovation across the organization.

Main Activities: You will collaborate with your tutor in: Create, maintain, and promote digital platforms and process for knowledge management within the R&D Department; Analyze existing R&D processes and identify opportunities for the introduction of new technologies and collaboration tools to improve efficiency; Collaborate with the R&D team to gather new functional requirements and coordinate the implementation of digital solutions in collaboration with the IT department; Build strong working relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as R&D and ICT, to facilitate communication and knowledge sharing.

Requirements: Master Degree in Design, Comunication, Management Engineering; Fluency in Italian and English; Expertise in Microsoft Office365, Sharepoint, Teams, Stream.
