Roles and Responsibilities

As an Order to Remittance Leader, you will be responsible for:

- Leading the execution of projects assigned to his/her team of resources in respect to contractual scope, on-time delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction, while protecting or improving the profitability of his/her portfolio

- Coordinating and leading execution resources for Customer Training projects and/or CT work packages within projects, ensuring the trainers are top qualified for the scope and ensuring their growth in the role.

- Partnering with Customer Training Senior Expert to support CT growth strategy in terms of product development and content development.

- Being responsible for defining, deploying, and managing project management related processes and support tools as well as development plan and training/coaching for the team.

- Managing cross-functional teams utilizing influential leadership skills to anticipate and mitigate risks during the project's life cycle, driving effective communication across businesses and functions, closely interacting with delivery resources, Service Engineering and Digital Team, Advisory Services, Global Operations and the other Services P&L, Regional Functions, external Contractors and Supplies.

- Delivering and presenting professional work related to projects plans, technical roadmaps, risks, and recommendations to customers as well as senior business leaders.

- Proactively manage costs to maximize Contribution Margin and support collection and handling of past dues.

- Ensuring project implementation as well as work packages and constraints are accurately integrated into project planning scenario in accordance to clearly defined contractual scope.

- Being responsible for monitoring progress and producing accurate projections, managing change orders, executing on billing plans (along with timely remittance), and customer claims.

- Strong oral and written communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.

- Developing and foster strong customer relationships.

- Predict and deliver Sales and CM for the jobs in portfolio, quarter after quarter

- Support and coordinate with KS broader team to ensure sound product development and business growth

**Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.

- Have minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Planning/Project Leadership

- Good knowledge of BH product and services: contractual service, digital or remote services.

- Have strong business and financial acumen including ERP experience.

- Strong oral and written communication skills in English.

- Background in services and after-market

- Strong communicator, at all levels, active listener, open minded.

- Strong customer driven mindset

- Ability to analyze and resolve problems, teaming up with all stakeholders

- Full availability to travel for business purposes world-wide.

Examples may include Customer visits, External Kickoff or progress meetings, key supplier visits, etc.
