For TMC (Transport Management Center) organization, located in Dalmine, we are looking for a KPI Management & Reporting Specialist who will coordinate activity to ensure import and export transaction data is sent in a timely manner to supporting parties (Customs Brokers).

**This position reports to**:

Quality and Process Excellence Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Understand and define together with the different teams and external stakeholders reporting requirements.

- Work in collaboration with ABB T&L global team in the developments of new report and KPI.

- Pull data from different sources into BI database.

- Verify correctness of data and reports.

- Analyze KPI and identify improvement opportunities.

- Trigger and drive discussions on improvement opportunities with internal and external stakeholders.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Logistics or Supply chain management (or related field) from an accredited university/college.

- Extensive knowledge and practical experience in using Microsoft Office software including MS Excel, MS Access - updating and creating spreadsheets, Word - document creating/editing.

- Experience in BI (Business Intelligence) tools or Databases developing KPI dashboards is an advantage.

- Practical knowledge about Lean 6Sigma and Knowledge of transport industry.

- Operational transport management experience is an advantage

- Attention to detail; ability to work with detailed data, statistics, KPI's and reports.

- Team-oriented individual and strong analytical skills; ability to analyze and aggregate large data amounts.
