Join our team as Kronos Junior System Administrator and learn from our global projects!

How you will do

Manage Kronos system configuration and provides consultative support

Work closely with the support team to ensure incidents have been adequately resolved.

Solve issues, determine problem cause and resolution

Configure, maintain and implement pay rules, PTO and accrual policies

Cooperate with Systems Manager| and End Users on on-going support, enhancements, and upgrades

Work with Kronos vendor to bring up issues that require their intervention

Update training materials, as new functionality is added

Whatwe look for

Required

Knowledge of Workforce Integration Manager, Pay Rules, Work Rules, and system building blocks

Overview of Payroll processes and Compliance

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a global environment

Outstanding intrapersonal skills, working with various levels of end-users

Time flexibility

Willingness to learn

Preferred

Bachelor's degree

Knowledge of SQL queries, custom reports, and web services| APIs
