**Posizione:**:We are looking for a Junior HR Administration support with the legally protected status (Categoria protetta, L. 68/99) who will be trained and involved **in these following activities**:
1.
New employees onboarding related:
- communications with external consultants and institutions
- documents collecting
- activation of pension funds, welfare credits, meal vouchers
- organigram updating
2.
Payroll related:
- Updating personnel data on the SAP portal;
- Ensuring methodical and timely checks on monthly pay slips;
- Support the Payroll and HR Administration manager in managing relationships with the AFC department and external payroll service provider for payroll processing;
- Preparing reports related to the data about the personnel;
3.
Other supporting activities:
- management of emergency bookings (flights, hotels, cars)
- Entering purchase requests (so-called RDAs) on the SAP portal;
- reporting
**Requisiti:**:**Requirements
- Diploma or degree (preferably in economics or similar)
- Maximum 2 years of experience
- Accuracy, good organizational skills, ability to work in a team, resourcefuness and problem solving skills,
- Good knowledge of the English language
