Position
We are looking for a **Payroll & HR Administration Intern **with the legally protected status **(Categoria protetta, L. 68/99)** who will be trained and involved **in these following activities**:
- verifying and monitoring data entered into the HR portal for proper payroll processing
- ensuring methodical and timely checks on monthly pay slips
- maintaining and updating the HR database and related ERP
- managing relationships with the AFC department and external payroll service provider for payroll processing
- managing requests / communications from government entities with an impact on payroll (INPS / INAIL /Revenue Agency)
- managing the administrative procedures of the employees (registration of pension funds, management of protected categories, etc.
)
- take care of reporting and data collection activities aimed at processing personnel KPIs
- supporting HR Team during onboarding and induction process of new recruits
- ensuring continuous and ongoing support to the entire NHOA Group team for Payroll and administrative requests
- entering purchase requests (so-called RDAs) on the SAP portal
- managing the process of activating/closing internships
**Requirements**:
- Diploma and / or Degree in economics-administration
- Good written and verbal English and Italian communication skills
- Analytical approach
- Precise and punctual execution
- Accuracy, good organizational skills, ability to work in a team
- Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint will be considered a plus
- a short previous working experience is welcome
Other information
Location: Hybrid remote (from Italy) and HQ in Milan, Piazzale Lodi.
