L-Continuous Improvement & Lean Six Sigma Manager
As a LSS & **Continuous Improvement Manager**, you will maximise Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools to drive process improvements in order to deliver reduced cycle times, improved productivity, and ultimately better financial performance and customer fulfillment.
The role requires effective multi-functional coordination to collaborate with the operations leadership team and other key site leaders to define, develop and implement Lean Six Sigma projects that deliver results.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identifies and prioritizes annual improvement efforts (project pipeline) with site leadership aligned with regional multi-year strategy plans
- Identifies site needs for problem solving and project management skills
- Responsible for managing site project entry, status, and financial goals
- Coordinates project presentations / successes with leadership team
- Key to barrier removal to ensure project and site success
- Seeks support of Regional and Global LSS organization when needed
- Participates in regional "community of practice" sessions
- Coordinates site plans with Regional Deployment Champions to align and update multi-year strategy plan process
- Serve as a highly motivated change agent with outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to coach, train, and work with all organizational levels.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor of Science Degree or higher in an equivalent engineering field with a minimum of 3 years' experience in manufacturing operations
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with at least 3-5 years of learning experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in leading step change, breakthrough projects (using DMAIC and Lean methods) for significant business improvements in a production environment.
- Proficient English
- Coaching/Mentoring skills
- Flexibility to travel
