What you'll do:

- You will join the Repair & Production team within the Retail Operations department. Your direct report will be the Repair & Production Senior Manager;

- You will manage system processes and status changes: more specifically you will insert the activities concerning repairs operations in multi-product laboratories and informations related to machines and accessories into the CRM systems, in line with company procedures and licensing requirements;

- You will develop KPI reports in order to support managers of the various Labs.

Who you are:

- You have at least 2 years of experience in Back Office, Supply Chain or similar roles;

- You have a great knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SAP and CRM Dynamics;

- You are proactive, flexible, organized and you have good communication skills;

- You are collaborative and you know how to work in a team.

Preferrably, you also have:

- Basic knowledge of equipment technologies (gaming terminals, AWP, VLT).
