Your 'day to day':

As Lab System Engineer you will contribute to ensure that end to end business processes associated to the PMI MTB Laboratory Information Systems landscape are compliant with internal PMI (e. g.

Testing Directive) and international regulatory requirements (e. g.

ISO 17025).

Is the Single Point of Contact for Decentralized Laboratories Information Systems (eg for Quality Process and Data Integration, Information System).

Contribute to global/cross functional system projects related to TL&G processes.

Your Responsibilities:

Continuously improve business processes and systems by assessing their inefficiencies, user adoption and customer satisfaction.

- identifying process improvements ;

- integrating new systems and processes with existing ones;

- focusing on quality improvement and data management, ensuring data is reliable and that compliance with internal PMI (eg Testing Directive) and international regulatory requirements (e. g.

ISO 17025) is kept.

Lead or participate in multiple information systems projects by:

- completing and updating project documentation;

- managing project scope;

- adjusting schedules when necessary;

- determining daily priorities;

- ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones;

- following proper escalation paths;

- University Degree in Engineering or Science Degree or Equivalent Minimum 1-2 years' experience in laboratory environment - Fluent in English - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Very Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook) - Good project management skills - Effective communicator, action driven, results oriented and able to deal with ambiguity - Up-to-date expertise in Laboratory Information Systems Strong project management, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills & communication skills Good command of English is a must Collaboration, Agility and Entrepreneurship Recruiter:
