At Officina Profumo-Farmaceutica di Santa Maria Novella, we stand out for our excellence, tradition, and innovation, values that inspire every aspect of our work. In this context, the company are looking for a Laboratory Technician for the cosmetics and fragrance sector, who will be handling the analysis and quality control of cosmetic products and fragrances, as well as conducting technical formulation tests. Responsibilities:

Preparation of reagents and execution of laboratory tests under the supervision of R&D specialists/Lab manager;

Execution of chemical-physical and microbiological tests on raw materials and finished products;

Quality control of products during production and post-production phases;

Monitoring ofproduct stability and management of technical data sheets;

Collaborationfor the optimization of formulas and improvement of production processes;

Drafting of technical reports and support for updating data entered in laboratory software. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Cosmetic Sciences and Technologies, or High School diploma of Chemistry Technician;

Previous experience in a cosmetic or pharmaceutical laboratory (preferred);

Knowledge of cosmetic regulations (e. G. , Regulation (EC) No.

1223/2009) and those related to food/supplements;

Ability to use laboratory instruments (HPLC, GC, pH meter, spectrophotometer, viscometer, etc.

);

Attention to detail, critical thinking, and analytical skills;
