Labelling & Branding Specialist - L. 68/99 (m/f) Bayer Crop Science s. r. l. is looking for a Labelling and Branding Specialist (L. 68/99 art. 1) MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES The candidate will ensure availability and implementation of a targeted brand and communication strategy aligned with global marketing communication strategy that encompasses customer, product and services communications. Moreover, he/she will ensure availability of product labeling according to regulatory requirements. The main activities will include: Artworks creation for packaging labels, boxes, and outer-cartons, prioritizing according to product supply/market needs and the agreed timeline as defined in SOP and relevant sub processes. Works with corporate communications, global marketing communications, legal and regulatory to ensure compliance with corporate standards and guidelines. Collaborate with Marketing communication specialist to develop content of communication materials (i. e. trade-fairs, brochures, displays and posters for sales activities, etc. ). Collaborate for the Preparation of communications materials (i. e. brochures, displays and posters for sales activities, tradeshows, events and other external appearances of the organization), as well as for archiving offline-online materials/proof of Service. Liaises with vendors to guarantee quality of design and production of marketing materials, managing administrative step to handle materials in the Bayer landscape (material codes, PR to suppliers, correctness of invoicing and cost allocation) and in the define IT tools. Accountable for trademark management. Support the implementation of brand communication strategies, plans and metrics that enhance brand awareness, relevancy and loyalty using all traditional communication channels. WHO YOU ARE Graphic Diploma is required, University Degree in Graphic Art/Design or equivalent in relevant field is a preferred requirement. At least 2 years of similar working experience and background in Graphic Art/Design or Branding/Advertising. Experience in artworks creation, in packaging design or digital applications is considered an asset. Strong IT skills including Graphic Design applications. Good organization, planning and work prioritization skills. Respect of deadlines and attention to detail. Ability to respond fast, using efficient interpersonal communication skills. Ability to efficiently contribute to teamwork. Italian Mother tongue; Intermediate level of English is a preferred requirement.
