JOB DESCRIPTION: The priority of the Laboratory Assistant will be to mix and test drilling and completion fluids.
In particular this role will be involved in: Mixing drilling and completion fluids Testing new potential products Testing fluids in accordance with API procedures PQA testing Manage product samples and equipment shipments Participating in daily lab meetings This position reports directly to the Laboratory Manager.
SUCCESS FACTORS: Team work Strong ability to be proactive in identifying issues and potential solutions Strong written and verbal communications skills.
Must be fluent in Italian and English.
Ability to plan work appropriately, multi-task and assign appropriate priority to projects to ensure all deadlines are properly met Strong attention to detail and project management skills required Knowledge of MS Office package and ability to self-organize one's work, with seriousness, precision and reliability, will be an asset.
QUALIFICATIONS: University Degree in Chemistry or High School Chemistry is required; Professional knowledge of written/spoken English and Italian; CONTRACT: 1 year contract; salary based on experience.
