What you will do

Reporting to R&D lab manager, the person in this role will coordinate the testing activities in different laboratories (Italy, Romania or third party) to homologate new models and modifications on existing range of domestic refrigeration appliances.

In particular:

- Plan testing activities for multiple projects, following priorities and test positions availability. - Coordinate lab technicians workload according to lab master plan. - Supervise reports, test results and general archive. - Manage test samples and requests to project leaders. - Take part in cross-functional meetings to follow up projects. - Lab improvement, maintenance and tools calibration activities with third parties.

What you need to succeed

Must have- University Degree in Engineering- 2/3 years experience in similar role / industry- Ability to manage multiple activities in parallel- Autonomy- Supervisory experience and leadership skills- Optimal planning skills- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Package- Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken- Teamworking, Attention to details, Methodical approach- Communication- Ability to travel according to project needs

Nice to have- Knowledge of cooling products and cooling system components.
