**As Laboratory Specialist, **you will report to the Laboratories Manager for Electric Storage Water Heaters and you will works on product testing and validation for both new products and product maintenance, taking care of the relationship with Certification bodies, as well as supporting the other Group Laboratories and all the R&D Platform activities.

In particular, you will be responsible for the following activities:

- tests execution in line with internal test protocols and/or international standards

- analysis and interpretation of tests result to check if specifications meet the goal and modify consequently the products specifications, providing feedback to R&D department in order to guarantee synergy and alignment among all the technical competencies

- have an active role in the suggestion of new functionalities and product modifications

- definition and implementation of tests procedure (Production tests, Quality tests, Product development tests, Performance tests and Products certification)

Good attitude to experiment, ability in using measurement and test tools, knowledge of MS Office tools are basic requirements.

Knowledge of Minitab and Labview tools is a plus.

Good relational skills, goal orientation, teamwork and cooperation with other functions, problem solving, accountability and good English knowledge complete the profile.
