Conduct technical, legal, and financial feasibility analyses for land selection. Lead negotiations and discussions with landowners and other stakeholders. Collaborate with the development team to integrate land acquisitions into project strategies. Oversee due diligence processes, ensuring compliance with local, regional, and national regulations. Manage administrative, legal, and bureaucratic tasks related to land acquisitions. Engage with public authorities, local institutions, financial stakeholders, and other involved parties. Monitor the land market to identify potential opportunities and threats. Prepare periodic reports and market analysis for senior management. Competenze ed esperienza Bachelor's degree in Economics, Law, Environmental Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. At least 3-5 years of experience in similar roles within the renewable energy, real estate, or energy sector. In-depth knowledge of the land market and Italian regulations regarding land acquisitions for industrial projects. Strong negotiation and communication skills, both in Italian and English. Proactive attitude, ability to work independently, and manage complex projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, GIS, and project management software. Knowledge of the renewable energy sector (solar, wind, etc. )
