Your Mission: As Land Acquisition Specialist, you will identify and secure strategic land for renewable energy projects.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring successful land acquisitions while supporting the overall growth and sustainability of renewable energy initiatives.

What will you do? Identifying and acquiring strategic land for renewable energy projects (PV and BESS projects). Negotiating with the investment site owners ensuring the economic viability of opportunities. Reviewing the drafting and modification of contracts relating to the securing of land with the support of the legal department. Preparation and support to the legal team about notarial closing of land contracts. Effectively and professionally develop and manage relationships with external stakeholders. Working in the field most of the time - accommodation off-site. Regular reporting on progress. What are we looking for in you? Experience in acquiring land for investment (with particular emphasis on RES). Basic knowledge in the field of real estate and renewable energies. Experience in independent customer acquisition. An active B driving license and experience of independent work in the field. Willingness to travel. Knowledge of GIS software (QGIS, ARGIS. . . ) and geoportal. What do we offer?
