Taylor Hopkinson is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Land Controller to manage multiple renewable energy projects during the development phase, from land identification to ready-to-build (RtB) status.

The ideal candidate will leverage their network, negotiation skills, and organisational abilities to secure and manage land for solar, BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems), and biomass projects.

Responsibilities: Manage relationships with landowners and ensure effective communication throughout the project life-cycle.

Collaborate with legal teams to ensure accurate and complete land agreements.

Maintain organised records for each project, including contracts, payments, and documentation.

Monitor, control, and execute all payment obligations related to land agreements.

Oversee and maintain a comprehensive database of signed land contracts.

Track and manage deadlines, renewals, and other contractual obligations, providing timely updates to stakeholders.

Analyse and renegotiate contracts to optimise terms and ensure compliance.

Build and maintain a robust network of external land agents and originators to facilitate project development.

Requirements: At least 2 years in the real estate industry or renewable energy development, with a preference for candidates familiar with land origination processes.

Strong negotiation and commercial skills with a results-oriented mindset.

Fluency in English and Italian
