What You'll Do: Scout for Land: Identify and evaluate land opportunities suitable for utility-scale Solar PV and battery storage projects. Landowner Relations: Establish and nurture strong relationships with landowners, negotiating favorable agreements to secure sites. Due Diligence: Collaborate with legal, technical, and regulatory teams to ensure compliance and feasibility. Market Research: Analyze and monitor market trends to identify strategic opportunities in North-Central Italy. What You Bring: Proven experience in land scouting or a similar role, ideally within renewable energy or real estate development. Strong communication and negotiation skills to foster positive relationships with stakeholders. Familiarity with regional and national regulations related to land use and energy projects.
