Job Description As a Land Scouting Manager based in Roma, you will be involved in the definition of the Business Development Stategy and ensure the successfull scouting of new projects until land rights are signed, jointly with Urbasolar partners or pure greenfield. You will guarantee the achievement of objectives in terms of number of projects with land secured.

You will report to the Business Development Director and work in close cooperation with the project team based in Rome (Cartographer, Project Managers, Studies and development Engineer). Your missions will be:

- Identification of adatabase of lands impacted by industry/human activity - Visit of the sites identified by you or the Cartographer

- Negotiation of the land rights contracts

- Origination of new project purchases or partnership opportunities Required profile Master's degree (Engineer, Business School) Successful experience of at least two years as a solar and / or wind project manager (prospecting), or as a land / real estate developer. Required knowledge of the regulations and the technical and economic environment specific to this activity Knowledge and network in the quarry sector is a plus. Good understanding of Italian PV & Electricity marketsProject management skill (methodology and rigor)Excellent communication skills Languages:

Italian (primary language)
