Reporting to the Estimating Office Manager, we are looking for a surveyor/computing engineer who meets the following requirements: Previous experience in the role of at least 5 years within construction companies and/or engineering or design firms. Diploma of Surveyor or Engineer. Excellent knowledge of Excel. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Accuracy, reliability, and results orientation. Rewarding knowledge of English and BIM. Role The resource will have to work independently on private/public construction projects, taking care of verifying the metric calculations based on tenders, drafting new price analyses, and preparing all documentation for participation in tenders.
