**About the role**:
As Launch Lead Solid Tumors, you will be fully responsible for preparing launches and the Go To Market strategy at the local level while contributing to the definition of the brand/disease/diagnostic strategy throughout a solid collaboration with both the Global and local cross functional teams.
You will be also responsible for the new product from the early stage of its lifecycle, some years prior the EMA approval or even before depending on the specific market/product situation
**Key Responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and define early business cases related to respective launch
- Develop comprehensive launch plans
- Engage early necessary internal (XF) stakeholders and lead the XF team
- Create external experts' network, create the market and ensure disease awareness campaigns (if applicable) are in place, contribute together with team members in shaping the external environment in the respective DA
- Lead projects in timely manner by managing the project requirements, timelines, in case of any process changes
- Coordinate decision-making process between stakeholders
- Communicate routinely on the launch progress with all team members and stakeholders
- Be aligned with all relevant internal and external stakeholders to have a full understanding of the market/production status during launch
- Facilitate knowledge and excellence transfer with other countries in order to maximize local success
- Lead, participate or initiate launch relevant local and global meetings

**Role Requirements
**Essential Requirements**:
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Solid Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry
- Previous experience in marketing. Experience in sales or consulting is considered a plus
- Previous launch experience
- Access competencies
- A proven track record of achievements
- Strategic Thinking: possess the knowledge and skills to contribute to formulation of strategies and programs.
- Data driven approach: excellent analytical ability and able to tell stories starting from data.
