As member of the European law firm Fieldfisher LLP (which has 26 offices in over 12 countries, with approximately 1, 800 collaborators), Fieldfisher Italy has significant international skills and relationships, integrating diversified experiences in multiple areas, with a particular focus on corporate and M&A, energy, litigation, intellectual property, transfer pricing and taxation. For our "Energy, Real Estate and Public Law" Department we are looking for a trainee lawyer to be included as a "Trainee", mainly engaged in the energy sector and in the following activities:• support in drafting and reviewing contracts, also in English, with particular regard to the sectors of energy from renewable sources, energy efficiency, and public contracts;• support in drafting of judicial documents in the context of administrative proceedings (TAR-Council of State), mainly in disputes in the field of energy law and management of procedures relating to P. A. T.

(Telematic Administrative Process);• support in drafting of documents and opinions with regard to the regulatory framework of the Italian and European energy sector;• support in carrying out due diligence activities and assistance in project development/acquisition/financing operations in the energy and energy efficiency sectors, with particular reference to authorization and contractual profiles (i. e.

contracts in the field of real estate rights and project development). CAPABILITIES Degree in Law. Previous experience of at least 6 months in the energy law sector. Fluent in English and excellent knowledge of IT tools. Strong relational and communication skills. Previous experience in managing administrative disputes is nice to have.
