Description Our busy law firm is growing and we are looking for an Estate Planning Attorney.
Responsibilities Core Responsibilities:
Estate Planning (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care non-probate assets, Florida homestead), Probate Administration, Trust Administration, Tax Planning, Asset Protection, Advising Fiduciaries, Dispute Resolution, Court Proceedings, Client Communications, Legal Research and Drafting Qualifications Key Skills and Qualifications:
Juris Doctor Degree Member in good standing of Florida Bar Board Certification in Wills, Trusts, and Estates Law Certification is a plus 10+ Years' Experience in Probate and Estate Planning and Administration Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills Strong Analytical and Writing Skills Knowledge of Estate Tax and Probate Laws Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills Networking with Local professionals Understanding the Naples Area Market and Our Client's Needs Compensation $115, 000 - $150, 000 yearly
