Your role:

You will be responsible for the delivery of comprehensive legal and compliance support to the Company and ad-hoc legal support to other companies of the Company in Italy.

Contribute to promote a legal, compliance and DP department that is recognized as a reliable business partner, providing excellent commercial legal and compliance support to ensure the organization remains competitive whilst being compliant and managing risks.

Together with the other members of the department develop and provide training to the business on relevant areas of the law and compliance (e. g.

competition law, Legislative Decree 231/01, code of conduct, conflict of interest, anticorruption, data protection, contractual relationships).

Coordinating with the other lawyers of the department to support the business and the other departments of the company and more specifically for: contract negotiations; legal discussion with the National Pharma Agency, the Ministry of Health and Regions; the legal aspects of public bidding procedures and any dispute which may arise with the interpretation of the tender notice and the annexed technical documents as well as the supply contract; reviewing promotional materials; advice medical dep.

and support the relevant contracts - including clinical studies agreements).

Who you are:

- Law degree (please indicate grade)

- Qualified lawyer (highly desirable)

- 3 to 5 years' experience in providing legal advice in private practice or in an in-house setting

- Knowledge of Italian and EU law with previous experience in some of the following legal environments: commercial contracts, corporate, competition law, administrative law, litigation, intellectual property, Leg.

- Desirable knowledge of Pharmaceutical Industry and associated legislation, regulations and guidelines

- Excellent collaboration skills - with the ability to actively listen and seek to understand differing perspectives

- Stakeholder management and engagement, with clear oral/written communication skills

- Ability to build working relationships built on mutual respect and a desire to achieve the Company's goals

- Sound and pragmatic commercial judgment, customer focus and a strategic vision Ability to organize, prioritize and to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadline and to make rapid and disciplined decisions
