**JOB PURPOSE
- Our industrial's areas/HQ is/are in the midst of a digital transformation.
We are investing heavily in our people, in the latest technologies and in production capabilities to drive innovation and efficiency, while prioritizing sustainability to reduce our environmental impact.
This includes significant investments in training and development programs to support the growth and advancement. - As a member of the Learning and Development dept.
of Prada Group Headquarters, the Learning and Development Manager will contribute to the design, the customization and the implementation of the L&D strategy related to the Industrial sites people. - The position is based in Tuscany in order to build extraordinary development solutions partnering with the HR Management and the main stakeholder from the Industrial Divisions.
Your effort will be crucial to:
- Consolidate the knowledge and skills necessary to meet the business objectives of the Industrial sites
- Implement development programs for strengthening the people motivation and retain talents
- Support the digital transformation processes
- Develop the Prada Academies
- Work closely with business leaders to identify skills gaps and propose training solutions
**RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assess the learning and development needs and define the training offering
- Propose and prepare L&D programs, activities and material
- Design solutions, both in-house and with expert third parties, which includes a blended approach to learning (coaching, classroom training, 1:1 sessions, action learning, etc.
)
- Deliver behavioral and managerial courses
- Coordinate and monitor the phases of the Performance Management process
- Prepare and deliver specific development initiatives to support growth plans and career paths based on the results of the Performance Management
**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree or Master degree in relevant field of study, preferably in Psychology, Adult Learning Education or Management of Human Resources- Additional certification is a plus- Strong background in learning and development with at least 10 years of relevant training experience, including training delivery and facilitation in Industrial environment- Strong ability to demonstrate influence and champion for change- Continuous improvement mindset with the agility to shift priorities as the needs of the business evolve- Strong capabilities of Project management gained in complex organization- Significant experience in creating, delivering and driving development strategies and plan- Excellent organizational skills- Solid communication and presentation abilities- Digital mindset- Fluent in English; other language is a plus
