We are seeking an enthusiastic and hands-on Field Application Engineer to join our team and play a critical role in supporting our sales efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers during sales meetings to understand their unique needs and requirements

- Serve as a technical expert on Axelera AI's platform and solutions, addressing customer inquiries and providing in-depth product knowledge.

- Coordinate with our R&D team to answer technical questions and provide solutions tailored to the customer's needs

- Document and track customer interactions, ensuring effective follow-up and communication

- Assist customers in deploying software pipelines and integrating Axelera AI's technology into their existing systems

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our products by gathering customer feedback and collaborating with internal teams

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- Proven experience in computer vision, machine learning, and neural networks, including the creation, training, and deployment of models on hardware accelerators for edge devices

- Solid understanding of embedded systems and practical experience with embedded hardware

- Experience in hardware computing acceleration

- Experience in PyTorch, Python, QUDA, ONNX, TensorFlow, Keras

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and internal teams effectively

- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI technology
