LEAD AUDITOR ISO 9001-ISO 14001-ISO 45001 Job Description Lead the audit team in performing audits/assessment according to DNV standards and protocols, international standards or equivalent national standards and according to the established DNV methodologies/rules; holder of qualifications in accordance with the requirements. The main areas of responsibility are: Carry out in efficient and competent manner the work for DNV as required by instructions/ Quality System and/or as per formal agreement between the client and DNV.
Promptly contact customers to confirm the planned activities.
Ensure that the independent nature of the DNV scheme is not compromised at any time.
Maintain/acquire his/her Auditor Registration with DNV or any other registration having been a basis for his acceptance as Lead Auditor within DNV.
Plan and execute audits, report findings and follow-up, when necessary, within agreed times scales and economic frameworks.
Meet professional practice standards and demonstrate competence in core areas.
Develop and maintain positive relationship with client personnel.
Maintain high morale by contributing to an effective positive work environment.
Act as a team player who works well with others and guides through professional development process, including timely completion of reviews and goal setting.
Maintain effective communication with line management, between audit team members and client stakeholders.
Ensure the correct use of production tools dedicated to auditing activities and the communication of updated data, in order to allow proper issue and management of certificates.
REPORTING LINES The Lead Auditor normally reports to the Lead Auditor Coordinator. PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS Specific KPIs related to the tasks and responsibilities of Lead Auditor will be established in the yearly planning process.
The performance versus these KPIs will be followed by the Lead Auditor Coordinator.
The Lead Auditor Coordinator will perform an annual evaluation of the Lead Auditor. Means of follow up are:Managing Individual Performance process (MIP) People Engagement Survey Chargeability target Customer Satisfaction (individual) Qualifications An experience as a Senior Lead Auditor on MSC-related schemes (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 and preferably ISO 50001).
Demonstrated evidence of excellent communication, relationship management and conflict resolution.
Ability to build good relationship with customers.
Ability to coordinate, manage an Auditors Team assigned.
Strong and proven attitude to auditing, including mobility, flexibility, working under pressure, respect of deadline, relations with clients etc.
Fluent Italian and good knowledge of English language.
Ability to handle basic software programs and IT tools.
Highest levels of integrity and professionalism.
