Job DescriptionMultischeme Lead Auditor is the figure who, within the Audit Group, possesses the knowledge and skills necessary to coordinate and conduct 3rd party audits (certification audit) with demonstrated experience in ISO 9001/ISO 14001/ISO 45001 schemes. Location: Milano, Lombardia, Italy. In the role, a Lead Auditor will:Proceed with regular auditing field activities. Manage relationships with clients and implement an approach of total customer focus. Conduct in an efficient and competent manner the work for DNV as required by instructions/Quality System and/or as per formal agreement between the client and DNV. Ensure that the independent nature of the DNV scheme is not compromised at any time. Maintain/acquire his/her Auditor Registration with DNV or any other registration having been a basis for his acceptance as Lead Auditor within DNV. Plan and execute audits, report findings and follow-up, when necessary, within agreed time scales and economic frameworks. Meet professional practice standards and demonstrate competence in core areas. Develop and maintain positive relationships with client personnel. Maintain high morale by contributing to an effective positive work environment. Act as a team player who works well with others and guides through the professional development process, including timely completion of reviews and goal setting. Maintain effective communication with line management, between audit team members and client stakeholders. Ensure the correct use of production tools dedicated to auditing activities and the communication of updated data, in order to allow proper issue and management of certificates. Perform typical back-office tasks such as contacting customers to confirm the planned activities. ResponsibilitiesQualificationsExperience as a Senior Lead Auditor on MSC-related schemes (ISO 9001, ISO 50001, ISO 37001)Fluent in Italian and good knowledge of the English language. Demonstrated evidence of excellent communication, relationship management, and conflict resolution. Ability to build good relationships with customers. Ability to coordinate and manage an Auditors Team assigned. Strong and proven attitude to auditing, including mobility, flexibility, working under pressure, respect of deadlines, relations with clients, etc. Ability to handle basic software programs and IT tools. Highest levels of integrity and professionalism.
