Having already inspired millions of runners worldwide, we're broadening our reach—and to support our journey, we're seeking a Brand Marketing Lead to drive brand communications and enhance the consumer experience across France, Italy, and Spain.
In this role, you'll lead the planning and execution of upper-funnel marketing campaigns and brand initiatives across the region, accelerating our brand visibility and impact.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing for EMEA South, you'll collaborate closely with Country Marketing Leads and the EMEA Regional Brand Communications team to launch our global brand and product campaigns with a local focus, creating a cohesive and compelling brand experience across Southern Europe.

YOUR MISSION Understand and represent the different communities we serve in the South region, from running to tennis, training to trail, lifestyle and fashion.
Serve as an ambassador for the On brand within the Sub Region and across the marketing organization as needed.
Act as a leader, fostering the growth and development of the South Marketing team.
Bridge teams by translating Global concepts and Regional strategies into impactful local execution.
Craft and bring to life an impactful, integrated brand marketing plan that ensures a cohesive brand experience across all channels.
Champion On's brand growth among key communities, building both brand desirability and credibility as the leading premium performance brand.
Elevate the brand experience and sub regional team output across brand and product campaigns, content creation and activation, channel expansion (digital), communities, partnerships, PR and events.
Stay connected to the market and consumer landscape, reporting on social trends, sentiments, and broader societal topics to inform strategic business decisions.
Drive measurable impact by boosting brand awareness, shaping brand perception, and increasing consumer engagement and loyalty.

In-depth knowledge of the active consumer and lifestyle segment, particularly in running.
Resilient and adaptable, with a proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments—leading with energy and focus to keep momentum high.
Excellent communicator—open-minded, respectful, and articulate in both spoken and written forms.
Fluent in English and either French or Italian (Spanish is a plus).
Experience working with critical marketing success metrics and KPIs.
5+ years of relevant experience in Brand Marketing (in-house or agency side).
Willing to travel based on business needs.
