Job Description: For our office in Milan, we are looking for a Lead Cloud Engineer (Development-Focused).

Key Responsibilities Design and implement robust, scalable, and cost-effective cloud-based solutions across AWS, Azure, or GCP, focusing on performance, security, and maintainability. Develop and optimise cloud-native applications using modern programming languages such as Python, Java, Javascript, Typescript, or Go. Basic competence with SQL databases (e. g. , MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL databases (e. g. , MongoDB, DynamoDB, Cassandra). Basic competence in Infrastructure as Code. Basic knowledge of implementing and managing logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions to enhance system observability. Engage with clients to understand their business needs and propose tailored cloud solutions. Requirements 3-4 years of experience as a cloud developer/engineer. Proficiency in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Strong experience in one programming language (Python, Java, Javascript, Typescript, or Go). Basic knowledge of tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi. Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including schema design and performance tuning. Basic experience in building and automating CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions. Familiarity with Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. Experience working in collaborative environments with software development teams. Comfortable working in Agile teams. Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication skills in English.
