Our Engineering Transformation team works to improve the quality of our Engineering processes. Partner with the bestAs a Construction Planner Controller, you will be responsible for planning and controlling the execution of assembling activities on-site in accordance with the construction schedule.
You will report key KPIs such as on-time delivery and progress achieved on a weekly basis for each module. Responsibilities:Developing the construction schedule based on construction strategy, material availability, and setting main milestones for the construction phase. Managing and controlling the schedule from structure arrival to module delivery, supported by Primavera P6 and project control tools (TCE, Oracle; Business Object; ASCP; Cyber-plan), and supporting functions during project development and execution. Leading weekly reports to be shared with customers, including key milestones, progress, and productivity reporting. Preparing project control documents in compliance with project requirements. Ensuring operational alignment with production plans and KPIs, optimizing inventory, and process improvements. Estimating sales and inventory levels on a monthly basis. Setting the transportation plan and strategy with the Operations leader and contractors. Making strategic and operational plans and monitoring opportunities with the commercial team, defining available slots and man-hour estimations. Suggesting improvements in products, processes, and procedures. Required Qualifications:Degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with experience in Planning). Experience in EPC Planning and Execution. Familiarity with P6 Primavera tool. Good oral and written communication skills. Good interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead small teams; lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Effective problem identification and solution skills. Proven analytical and organizational ability.
