**Partner with the best

The Lead Construction Supervisor act as an operation leader, enabling fundamental shift in the way the yard is operating.

As Lead Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

- Monitoring contractor's progress in construction in accordance with priorities defined, and updating to Avenza Plant Leader in daily progress meeting

- Leading daily routine of performance management with contractor (including daily/ weekly update of visual boards, daily huddle at shift start)

- Ensuring all HSE procedures and guidelines are enforced on the module, escalating any deviation

- Supervising work on the module, escalating any performance issue to site manager

- Monitoring resource allocation on the module

- Setting and monitoring achievement of daily targets for physical KPI's

- Ensureing s adherence to procedure concerning material kitting by the modules, identifying any need to allocate

additional surface to any bundle of material

- Feeding the loop towards expediters and logistics team concerning the availability of critical materials

- Ensuring crews are filling satisfaction barometers

- Have a degree or equivalent and relevant professional qualifications

- Demonstrate deep knowledge of the workplace health and safety highest standards

- Have experience in the production environment / operations management / construction activities

- Have experience in working in complex organizations

- Demonstrate significant knowledge of quality industrial standards

- Be fluent both in English and Italian and hold an EU work permit
