What you will be doing: Lead the GLX team in the development of innovative products and solutions. Collaborate closely with Product Managers to plan, estimate, and prioritize work. Write clean, testable, and scalable code while participating actively in development. Drive technical innovation by staying up to date with the latest trends and industry advancements. Manage, mentor, and support team members, fostering growth and continuous improvement. Ensure development efforts align with company objectives and industry best practices. The ideal candidate should have: Strong experience with PHP, Laravel, FilamentPHP, Livewire. Good experience with React, TypeScript, Node. js. Experience with WordPress development is a plus.
