On behalf of an important Med-Tech multinational with a leading position in the Lab Automation solutions area, we are looking for a:
****LEAD DIGITAL INNOVATION
**(LAB AUTOMATION SOLUTIONS)
**Posizione**:
The **Lead Digital innovation** is in charge of the digital, IT, information, and change management teams.
He/she offers some strategic advice to the leadership teams and the senior management on digital transformation.
He/she will be expected to contribute to Trust-wide initiatives and development activities at a senior level.
****Main Duties
He/she manages digital transformation through a complex service delivery organization continuously improving the effectiveness and impact of the charity;
He/she leads end-to-end delivery digital projects, including technology delivery, and change management, implements and embeds digital systems, IT infrastructures, and processes;
He/she develops and presents sales strategies to top-level decision-makers in the Healthcare IT Market (CEO, CIO, CFO, Director level, IT, managers, Physicians);
**Requisiti**:
**Experience in departmental clinical workflow solutions, clinical decision support, population health management/value-based care, LIS/Laboratory IT, Interoperability and Imaging IT, including digital agencies and software vendors.
He/she should have excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Finally, he/she must **be fluent in English**.
