As a Lead Electrical Engineer, the candidate will be part of the Energy Carriers Business Line and he/she will oversee all aspects of electrical engineering activities in accordance with project requirements.

This role involves overseeing the design, specification, and procurement of electrical equipment, ensuring compliance with international and company standards, and contributing to the successful delivery of projects within budget, schedule, and quality parameters. Key responsibilities:Coordinate the electrical engineering team on the assigned project;Ensure the achievement of the assigned goals and the fulfilment of project quality and contractual requirements.

Take necessary corrective actions within the Discipline Project Team to meet the assigned objectives;Define the list of activities and deliverables, set up the project schedule, and coordinate activities in accordance with contractual requirements;Ensure coordination with other disciplines and third-party engineering subcontractors involved in the project;Ensure proper Discipline workflows, interfaces, quality checks, and approval of all Discipline Project documents, including vendor documentation;Support the execution plan definition and monitor Discipline Project KPIs;Coordinate the evaluation of design changes to the original scope of work and verify the implementation of approved changes;Ensure technical interface with client;Support the project team in preparing Technical Bid Evaluations and vendor follow-up activities;Assist the construction team in implementing engineering solutions on-site. Requirements:Proven experience in a similar role;Proficiency in English (written and spoken);Willingness to travel for short durations (1 week to 1 month);Knowledge of International Electrical standards;Strong interpersonal, leadership and problem-solving skills are nice to have.
