**Position Overview
The Enterprise Solution Architect combines the Enterprise Solution Architecture practice, the Connected Intelligence & Industry centric messaging within TIBCO.
The Enterprise Solution Architect will drive business relevant digital/transformational/Multi-Pillar opportunities with our largest, most strategic customers.
Enterprise Solution Architects connects TIBCO's Connected Intelligence strategy to customer's enterprise objectives, capabilities with a focus on account strategy, executive dialog and alignment, value-based selling and world class deliverables.
**What You'll Do**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for architecture deliverables associated to TIBCO's Value Based Selling process.
- With guidance, working directly with Sales and CEx organizations in order to create Roadmaps and Reference Architectures to align customers initiatives to TIBCO's solutions.
- Engaging with customer executives directly in order to clearly align TIBCO and customer goals.
**Planning and Alignment
- Work with the VE to establish Customer opportunity timelines for deliverables.
- Work to connect the Business Value Chains, Processes and Requirements against our Enterprise Capabilities, creating a unique Reference Architecture that que customer can use to support their Digital Strategy.
Creates a Roadmap in terms of value for realizing the benefits detected in the CVR as well as assembling the Reference Architecture.
**Engage and Enable
- Conducts customer analysis, builds appropriate reference architecture and identifies relevant value drivers to be realized in logical steps (Roadmap)
- Leads TIBCO eco-system in building concise, and impactful customer deliverables.
- Creates well structured, visually appealing documents and presentations to reduce sales cycle, solidify opportunities and close deals.
- Leads by example within CEx and Sales, setting standards that encourages similar behavior in others
**Deliver and Validate
- Works with CEx professionals to align all deliverables through future deal lifecycle.
- Engaging Professional Services to position SOW and Project Plan in such a way to validate previous Value Deliverables
**Who You Are**:
- MBA and/or relevant experience in Enterprise Architecture consulting or IT leadership (CTO level).
- Minimum 15 years experience in relevant fields.
