As part of this mission, we are seeking a **Lead Financial Analyst for LVPC & Inverter product lines** to join our team in Turin.

This key member of the eMobility global finance team will report directly to the global finance leader of the Inverters division.

This unique role will provide business support to two key eMobility product lines (Inverters and LV&PC), offering finance leadership and influence across the divisions.

The role is crucial in leading analysis, coordinating, and communicating with European plants and global product leaders, ensuring timely decision-making by the team.

This position will help us quickly analyze new business opportunities, secure new revenues, and enhance profitability.

**What you'll do**:

- Regional coordination and communication with plants including monthly forecasts, actuals reviews, profit plans, and strategic plans.

Liason with segment FP&A to align, templates and processes across all eMobility plants, travelling to European plants as needed.

- Support product quotations, pricing, cost, and margin analysis.

Drive execution with plant finance leads and the commercial team.

- Review proforma financials for new investments and provide insights to plants and leadership teams.

Lead ad-hoc analysis and data requests.

Provide mentorship and share knowledge of best practices with other team members.

Be influential!

- Support division leadership by providing commercial analysis mainly related to plant and product line PMI, outgrowth analytics and other market related reviews

- Advise leadership on financial strategies, cost control actions, and decisions; prepare mix and margin analysis to maximize margins.

- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and accounting principles; research, compile, and analyze financial data; present recommendations to regional management and contribute to special projects, including BI tool expansion.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

- Minimum of 5 years' of progressive experience in Accounting & Finance roles

**Skills**:

- Fluent in English; French is a plus.

- Proficient in financial modeling, cost accounting, and margin analysis.

Advanced Excel, SAP, and BI skills are advantageous.

- Strong decision-making, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
