We are looking for a dedicated Senior Game Programmer to help us build a solid generation of multiplayer experiences for our clients.

As a key member of our organization, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team of designers, developers, and artists to assist us in our mission.

**Key Qualifications

- At least 5 years of experience in software / game development with proven track record of completed projects

- Solid understanding of C++ and all it's concepts, with at least 3 years of professional experience

- At least 3 years of experience with Unreal Engine, with a good understanding of the architecture of the engine and Network Multiplayer Programming

- Software design, problem solving and debugging skills

- Experience with code and graphics performance tools

- The ability to write clear, portable and maintainable code

- Fluent in English, both verbally and written

- BA or Masters in programming or related fields, or equivalent experience

**Description of your daily tasks

- To setup the technical design of multiplayer networked game experinces built using Unreal Engine

- To lead and support the dev team also to become autonomous, self-organized and multidisciplinary

- To tirelessly take performance into account so our experiences can run at a smooth frame rate, especially when using unthethered headsets (most of the time)

- To analyze problems and debug them in order to quickly locate and fix challenging bugs

- To work closely with our artists to design, optimize and implement graphic workflows and shaders

- To constantly investigate the evolution of software tools available to VR/XR hardware staying up to date with state of the art technology in an attitude of relentless research and experimentation

**Additional Requirements

- Passion and knowledge of VR / XR games and devices

- Experince in a Scrum Master or Agile Coach role in a multidisciplinary team

- Passion for RPG and MMORPGs games

- Knowledge of Human Centered Design principles
