Ready to lead your team and make a lasting impact? What You'll Do:As a Lead Mechanical Engineer, you'll have full ownership of your component cluster, driving innovation and ensuring excellence in every phase of the design and development lifecycle.

Here's what's in store for you:Design Leadership: Take the lead in creating mechanical design solutions that push the boundaries of performance, quality, and safety.

You'll be the architect of elevator components, designing for optimal functionality, manufacturability, and scalability;Full Lifecycle Ownership: Own your designs from concept to release.

You'll lead validation efforts, run simulations, conduct physical testing, and oversee every aspect of the component lifecycle;Technical Expertise: Review designs, lead investigations, and define the specifications that guide the development of next-gen elevator components.

Your expertise will drive the product development process, ensuring the highest standards are met;Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and inspire a team of engineers.

As a mentor, you'll help others grow and develop their skills, while also coordinating technical efforts to ensure the success of the project;Innovation at the Core: Collaborate with stakeholders to define technology roadmaps and integrate the latest trends and innovations into Schindler's solutions.

You'll play a key role in proposing new ideas, driving patents, and shaping the future of mobility technology. What We're Looking For:We're searching for a passionate, results-driven leader who thrives in an agile environment and is excited to take on challenges.

Here's what you bring to the table:Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering;Experience: Proven track record of experience in mechanical engineering, with strong knowledge in designing and developing mechanical components.

Experience leading a technical team is highly valued;Skills: Expertise in design and validation, including documentation (DFMEA, RA) and a strong grasp of mechanical systems.

Proficiency in CAD tools (Creo, Windchill) and FEM calculations is a plus;Leadership: Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
