Lead Of Improvement & Transformation
Our client is a global industrial group that realises multi-domain technological capabilities in Aerospace, Defence & Security and we are looking for an Improvement & Transformation Expert.
The role is within E&I Governance.
The purpose of the role is to lead Improvement and Transformation initiatives within Engineering & Innovation Directorate.
**Responsibilities
Areas of responsibility include:
- Defining Improvement and Transformation Initiatives in line with Engineering & Innovation Evolution Road-map
- Supporting Organization and Coordination of Improvement and Transformation Initiatives
- Monitoring and Supporting Engineering & Innovation Technical Areas in the implementation of Improvement and Transformation initiatives
- Producing Improvement and Transformation Initiatives Plans and Progress Reports
- Conducting presentations at management reviews
- Collecting and Managing knowhow pertaining Improvement and Transformation unit
- Supporting Assessment and Monitoring of Engineering & Innovation Directorate against Operating Model
- Supporting Engineering Governance in the development of material promoting collaboration and flow-down of information within E&I
**Your Profile
Education, Qualifications & Experience
- MBA qualification or additional degree/qualification in Management Engineering
- Experience in management of Innovation and Change processes in large organizations
Soft skills
- Leadership attitude, committed and objective oriented
- Team Player/Builder
- Ability to communicate equally across multi-functional teams and with colleagues at all levels
- Ability to negotiate and reaching agreement
Technical skills
- Proven ability in writing, reporting and Project Management
- Familiarity with Rotorcraft operations and Systems, Aerospace Standards, Regulations and certification process
IT skills
- Proven ability with Microsoft Office (MS Project, MS Excel, MS Power-Point) and Agile methodology Tools (e. g.
Jira, Confluence, Trello)
Languages
- Fluent spoken/written: English and Italian
